Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sitara Hotel Apartment, we strive to provide the best service and flexibility to our guests. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to accommodate various needs while ensuring clarity and fairness for both parties.

General Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Rate Bookings: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the first night’s stay.
  • Non-Refundable Rate Bookings: These bookings are not eligible for refunds or date changes. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Group Bookings

  • For group bookings of five or more rooms, cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

Long-Term Stays

  • For stays longer than 30 days, cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will be charged the first two weeks’ stay.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

Early Departures

  • Guests who decide to shorten their stay must notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. An early departure fee equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.

No-Show Policy

  • If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not canceled their booking, they will be charged the full amount for the first night. The remaining nights will be canceled.

Special Conditions

  • Promotional Rates and Packages: Some promotional rates and packages may have different cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions associated with the promotional offer at the time of booking.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we will review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
